How to start a return

Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made items may be non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Refunds & Returns

Because every AutoArtory portrait is custom illustrated from your photo and made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun. Each piece is created individually and prepared for print upon ordering. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please refer to the damaged/incorrect items section.

Damaged / incorrect items

We're sorry to hear that things didn't go as planned, but our number one priority is to make things right. Please email us at support@autoartory.com with your order number, email address and the type of issue you are experiencing. Our team will take care of the rest for you.
